Production

OUR METHODS

Grana Padano is made using milk coming from the territory recognised by the PDO. The milk is collected twice a day from certified stables, checked, and then left to season for twelve hours under natural conditions.

Grana Padano is made in compliance with all the production specifications of PDO cheeses. The cheese is constantly checked by certification bodies, which guarantees all production specifications and food security regulations are complied with.

Aided by modern infrastructure and machinery, the process to make Grana Padano PDO cheese still respects today that feeling of genuineness and attachment to tradition and to one's land which have gained it a worldwide reputation.
